One of the authors of a paper that appeared in the BJO last year was unfortunately left of the list of authors. The paper was in the July issue of the journal (1998;82:816-20); and the author is Sherif M El-Harazi, who is at the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science, University of Texas Medicial School at Houston, Texas.
